Please wear comfortable clothes as we will do some light movement to open and prepare our bodies for a deep guided meditation journey.

Ceremony moves us from disconnection to connection, from polarity to unity, and from a flat existence to one pulsing with life, love, mysteries and magic.
Ceremony weaves the Sacred into our everyday life, breathing magic into the mundane.
Eventually, our entire life becomes a Ceremony.
