Third, I took 100% responsibility for my energy. I created healthy boundaries so that others could no longer take my energy, and I learned how not to take on other’s energy (enabling them). I let go of people and relationships that weren't aligned with my highest good. I listened and obeyed my intuition and gut.

+ HOW LONG WILL THE SMALL GROUP COACHING LAST?
The small group coaching and support will continue for the 5 months of the course. If you would like to continue with the small group coaching after the course is completed you may do so for an additional fee.
+ HOW LONG WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO THE GUIDED MEDITATIONS AND TEACHINGS?
You will be able to access the guided meditations and teachings through the membership portal, they are yours to use for life!
+ WHEN DOES THE COURSE START?
Our first LIVE meeting is Sunday, 2/27 from 2-5pm. Once you sign up, you will have access to the course material. A new module is released weekly.
+ WHAT IF I CANNOT KEEP UP WITH THE MODULES?
Don't worry, I (Bethany) will be teaching you the material during our Live meetings, and then you will have the rest of the month to practice. And don't forget that you'll receive small group coaching during our time together.
