My Encounter with Aphrodite

In the summer of 2025, I traveled to the tiny Greek island of Kythera as part of the “Eros & Honey Retreat” I was co-leading. Kythera is one of the places on Earth most deeply associated with Aphrodite's ancient Mysteries, where she is said to have been born in the sea foam.

We had heard whispers of "Aphrodites Throne" on the island, but our contacts did not know where it was. Yet serendipidously, on the last day of our tour,  two taxi drivers offered to bring us there — an ancient stone seat carved into the cliffs overlooking the shimmering Mediterranean Sea. 

The moment I sat upon Aphrodite's Throne, something deep within me clicked in place. It felt as though a key had found its lock. I could have stayed there for hours. A deep remembrance stirred in my body, and a doorway opened that words can scarcely describe.

As I gazed out across the turquoise and cobalt sea, I received profound insights into why the Path of Love, the Beauty Way, and the Venus Vibration are not a luxuries for our times, but an absolute necessities.

In the stillness, I heard these words of Aphrodite arise within me:

“We who are devoted to Love; WE are the visionaries. We are the ones who hold the vision for a New Earth, and it is through living this vision in our bodies, minds, souls and spirits that we create a new earth and a new reality based on

Harmony, Love, Beauty, Eros, Grace… 

We must EMBODY this. 

It is our only path forward.”

I left Kythera with a deep knowing that this was not simply a beautiful experience to keep for myself.

It was an invitation and activation.

An invitation for us to cultivate this frequency as we are the Visionaries, the Way-Showers, and the Pioneers on the planet.

This is no small feat. It takes tremendous strength to embody and LIVE a vibration that is not yet the dominant vibration on our planet. To BEcome a beacon of love, beauty, harmony, grace and joy in our hearts, minds and lives...

I’ve accepted the call.

Why 21 days?

Transformation rarely happens through a single profound experience.

It happens through what we choose to practice, day after day.

Twenty-one days is long enough to create new rhythms & habits that support the woman you are becoming.

Each day, as a morning practice, you'll redirect your attention toward Love, Beauty, Presence, Joy, and Wonder. Through simple daily rituals, affirmations and embodiment practices you'll begin to cultivate these qualities not as fleeting moments, but as your new way of being.

This practice can be between 5-30min. The duration is up to you.

For twenty-one days, you will practice choosing the frequency from which you want to live—until Love & Beauty becomes less of something you occasionally feel, and something you embody internally and radiate out into the world.

Every Morning You'll Recieve:

Every morning you'll receive a daily meditation practice that will immerse you in the frequency of Love, Grace, Beauty, Pleasure, Joy and the incredible ALIVENESS & POWER that comes from Source.

You will need:

• A small pot of honey
• A journal
• An altar to the Aphrodite principle, which can include any of her sacred symbols:

      * pearls

      * pink or white roses

      * doves

      * seashells

      * apples

      * swans

      * dolphins

      * myrtle

      * mirrors

      * Gold...

Each day will start with a few deep breaths, dropping into your body, then placing honey on your tongue, repeating the day's affirmation, journaling and sinking into a meditative state...

Aphrodite is one of the most misunderstood figures in Greek mythology.

Today she's often reduced to the "goddess of love and beauty," but in the ancient world she represented something far deeper: the irresistible life force that draws all things into relationship, creation, pleasure, and renewal.

Ancient philosophers saw her as the principle that binds the cosmos together. She is the mystery that causes a flower to bloom, lovers to unite, artists to create, beauty to emerge from chaos, and souls to be magnetized toward what they love.

I am more than beauty and pleasure, although these are 100% my attributes. 

I am the pulse beneath your skin and the taste in your mouth. 

I am the tingling in your spine. 

I am She who creates Life.

I am the Power of Love.
