Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

In general, the Company maintains a strict NO REFUND policy on all services rendered. The exception to this rule applies to the Company’s MEMBERSHIP SITE, solely for customers who pay on a month to month basis for the membership fee. A written request to cancel monthly membership is required via email or postal mail in advance of suspending the monthly bank or credit card draft. Once written notice is received, Company will suspend access to the MEMBERSHIP SITE and remove any bank or credit card drafts connected to the Customer.

Customers are given the option to pay for the 12-month Membership site, in full, with a one time payment at a discounted rate. By agreeing to this discounted rate, Customer also agrees to forfeit any right to a refund, whether partial or full, even if Customer no longer continues to access the Membership site

Fitness & Nutritional Information Disclaimer

The Service can offer health, fitness and nutritional information including, without limitation, advice and recommendation, that is provided solely as general education and informational purposes.

Use of the advice and information contained herein is at your sole choice and risk.
