PRENATAL YOGA: Private sessions available
Prenatal yoga relaxes, strengthens, and stretches the body, increasing your bond with your unborn baby while giving you the courage to embrace childbirth and motherhood. Our Tuesday class incorporates an intimate educational discussion assisted by Bethany and visiting experts (midwives, doulas, infant massage therapist, etc).
 
Topics include:
• Creating your birth plan
• Nutrition during pregnancy
• Natural vs. medicated childbirth
• Signs of premature labor
• Breastfeeding and postpartum care
• Infant massage and MORE
